Looking along the curve in the roadway bathed in Magic Hour Light at the Top of the Preserve. The long shadow of my camera, tripod, and me can be seen running acros the road.

At the Top of Trexler Nature Preserve, Schnecksville, PA.
Here is a recently discovered and edited image from Venice during the mask carnival… I was super thrilled I had that Batis lens with me, among others on that trip. It was about perfect for taking portraits of her in tight space with plenty of mirror.
I have borrowed a friends Olympus for a couple of days just for macro photography, also this seems to be a very good system for this purpose, many smart solutions with focus stacking in the camera and pro capture, however, I would need several days to learn the system ;D

Three chicks are in the nest.. Mom is flying in with a fish (hard to see but there 🙂 ) AND Dad is in the second storey.. and even harder to spot..look for the while head in the greenery!!
