At Lock Ridge Park (the site of an old Iron Furnace works), Alburtis, PA.
In Lightroom (for once), using DVLOP Film presets and profiles from Jose Villa, mostly Fuji 400h, one Portra 400 (the cat) and one Portra 800 (sunset on the sea)

I like shooting images of waterfalls. I've posted images of several from my travels around the country and I thought it's time that I posted some of my favorites here in West Virginia. This first image is of one of the most photographed falls in the state. Elakala Falls is in Blackwater Falls State Park and is easily accessed from a short trail near the main lodge. I shot this image of it a couple of years ago. Steve

Beautiful fall, Steve! I enjoy shooting at Blackwater Falls State Park in fall when the leaves are changing. Beautiful place.

Thanks Douglas! Yes, it and Canaan Valley/Dolly Sods are special places in the fall. BTW, Blackwater SP just finished its major renovation project at the lodge and cabins and the upgrades were substantial. Good BBQ restaurant in the lodge too!

Thank you Birdied! I was just about to comment on your last hummingbird picture, beautiful and you got a male too! I have some salvia flowers and two cuphea plants (Mexican Cigar?) like the one in your picture but I haven't been able to get shots of the hummers feeding on them yet.
I have another airshow to go to this weekend on Long Island, 500 miles round trip and big $$$ for gas and tolls, but that's my passion.
Here is a pic of Maj. Lauren Schlichting, pilot of Thunderbird #3, and a few shots of the Blue Angels and Thunderbirds in the same frame, which is a really rare sight. The last picture is the gigantic C-5 Galaxy cargo jet.
