Found this young pine in a clearing just in time to setup my composition as the winds picked up the snow again. The way the light was diffused by the snow was wonderful.

Leftovers from earlier this winter. I posted different versions of some of them a couple of months ago.
Lensbaby Edge 35 and 80 (#1 and 8).
We all have our hobbies. For example, I trully enjoy "fishing" for different Minolta glass from e-bay Japanese sellers.
Mino glass has magic I can not explain.
And certain pieces of this heritage glass are unique. 80-210 2.8 APO is numero uno, everybody is in love with it pastel colours.
But once I have discovered unexpected gem - Minolta 100 2.8 SoftFocus. I was trully surprised how expensive this lens is (in Mino's terms, GM prices are different)))) - just before I took the furst picture with it.
IT WAS PURE MAGIC!!!
I have fallen in love so deeply that flew to Venice for 3 days with just this lens and 1635GM.
Such pleasant unexpected discoveries bring a bit of spicy colours to our lifes.)
