Peire, I missed your post about the accident earlier, wow, another one?? The same Mustang? All the best! Glad you finally got the new 70-200.
Thank you Douglas.Yes.Another one,but this time much milder.Only some problems with the neck .The car has just been collected last week after 6,5 months long repair and adjustments. At first insurance wanted to let it for scrap, but finally they managed to restore it and the cost was within the insurance limit (just). Now another repair of the back, but a minor one compared to what it was before.

Winter here is very far away for the one in Cyprus, but yesterday I manage to take some pictures with Sony GM 70-200/2.8 Mk2 at the foot of Sowie Mountains, that resemble somehow Troodos Mountains there. What a joy to use this magnificent, lightweight lens in the field!
Beautiful colours, Peire! 70200GMii is The Lens, fully agree.
Want to share photo of my favorite mountain ridge in Cyprus - Kyrenia Ridge. It is lower than Trodos but sooo beatifull!

Just association with @WanderingCloud dolphin cruise above...)))
The series of books I am reading now is ASIAN SAGA by James Clavell (can recommend without hesitation for any person interested in Asian history, particularly Opiums Wars and foundation of Hong Kong). A lot of heroes of the books are from the trade company The Noble House - and all clippers of the company any named "Something" Cloud.
On the picture below is obe of the most spectacular shipwrecks - EDRO III. But based on signes of Universe today we are ought to risk nick-name her SLEEPING CLOUD.)))
