It depends on how much water comes down and how fast. Right now the ground is totally saturated from all the melted snow. The rain has nowhere to go but the lowest points. The town does have pumping stations, but don't know if they are operating, or if the flooding is enough of a threat yet. No downtown businesses are flooded so far, but that is significant flooding if it happens.

We have had our fair share of rain here but of course, nothing compared to what you get in Washington. But yet, the drought in California is still not over according to some officials. I hope everything turns out okay up there for your guys...

At the top of the Trexler Nature Preserve, Schnecksville, PA.
Had 4" of snow last night, on the top of the 6" on Monday. Went out to the same old place for sunrise, not much colors in the cloud but I like the light on the barn and the ground, and of course, the Voigtlander sunstar, it's MY thing. This barn is 15 minutes drive from my house. There are very few open spaces close to me that offer an open view for sunrise. So this is my favorite place.

At first I thought it was Aberdeen in Scotland! Some fear,uncertainty and confusion bursted out in my hearth,as I could not recognise the place !
My first true love is still living there.....sigh!

On the way back home one unconcious driver hit me in the back on the crossroads.Being broken here and there a few months ago I manage to get out of the car,yet my neck is rather useless.Needs some rehabilitation.Bad luck,to say
Too bad,as I have just collected my car repaired after 6 months long service due to a major accident happened in July last year.
Before that two other major accidents over the last 13 months had happened on this car and me.Strange!
