Along Jordan Creek. not far from the Pedestrian Bridge and Ford, Trexler Nature Preserve, Schnecksville, PA.
I believe this live youtube stream from the top of Mauna Kea is shot with the 24/1.4GM on an A7SIII:
I assume it's wide open at night and closes down the aperture during the day.
It's cools sometimes to take a few minutes and watch - usually you can see satellites and meteors if you wait long enough.
You can also see the laser beams they shoot upwards to make artificial stars for their corrective optics to use.
It doesn't snow here much or often, but we got a real treat on Christmas and continuing for the next few days -- about 8" total, so far, with more on the way tonight.
