Why 1819? What is commemorated?

Thank you Karl-Heinz.This fellowship was established in1819 and in 2019 they had their 200 years anniversary.The charity society, something like a Masonic lodge.Carving on the bench was done to commemorate that.

All I got are some little ducks this morning.. I got a chuckle when I saw the first picture on the computer screen, the male duck was hanging out with two females, nobody seemed happy.
