Hi Joshua, yes, the eagle activities seem to have picked up. Last Friday a few fishing episodes were fairly close. mostly it was the immature eagles that were putting up the shows. It usually gets more crowded after Thanksgiving, especially on weekends. I will head back there Monday or Tuesday next week, hopefully I will see more adult eagles fishing this time.

Ah, yes, timing is everything. I am sure that place is super packed on weekends by now. I trust that your upcoming visit or visits will be more rewarding. But I would have been happy with those wonderful images that you have posted so far, Doug!

A hard to reach area in RMNP but worth the hike up. This was from earlier this year during a cold and super windy morning. The clouds were pretty amazing around the peaks.
