Drove 8 hours round trip to Benezette, Pennsylvania to photograph elks this morning, only to see a bull and his cows for about 20 minutes in an overcast morning before they went back into the woods. Oh well, maybe next year.
Douglas, those 20 minutes yielded some gorgeous shots .
Birdie
Played with water drops today.
Thank you Birdie! What a lovely water drop picture you got there! It's amazing you not only got the drop, you got the flower in the drop as well. I guess there was a lot of try and error in the shooting these?

A few more shots from yesterday's trip:
Really enjoying your elk shots. I can close my eyes and hear their bugle !
Thanks for the kind words on the water drops. Yep, lots of trial and error . I must have taken 400 shots yesterday and have around 60 that for now have kept. Fun, but frustrating as there is so much that can go wrong
