Apologies for being absent for a while. Here are a few of wild orchids in the garden (Sigma 100-400mm F5-6.3 DG DN OS |) and a rose with the Voigtlander 65 macro. All on A7R4. Common Spotted Orchid 2021 2 by petergthomas, on Flickr
A bit of autumn colour using the 85 f/1.8G. Australia has only 3 species of deciduous tress, and two I've never seen, the third is a beech only found in Tasmania. These shots are all of exotic species, liquid amber and Chinese lantern. Also one South African daisy (osteospermum) thrown in.

Had an amazing stay in New York City, managed to get up at 4am to avoid the crowds and have the best spots to myself. ;-)
Lovely city with big soul and its residents with strong sense of identity.
Nice shots of NYC! I re-edited two of my favorite pictures taken from popular photograph spots for Manhattan skyline from my last trip to New York before COVID. I am not a city person so I stay away from cities, crowds and the smell as much as I can. .
Ladakh is very dry, so the wood used for its temples - deodar cedar - lasts a long time. This front piece is over 800 years old. Several European agencies have taken a great interest in restoring the old temples so these tasks are being done really well.
