I find using a variety of lenses from different manufacturers keeps things more interesting.
Lenses I use on my Sony cameras are Sony AF of course, but also Leica M and R, Zeiss, Cosina-Voigtländer, Nikon, and others. With the TechArt Pro AF adapter now manual only lenses can be enjoyed with AF. Simply wonderful with advancing age.

This female peregrine falcon is carrying fertilized eggs and she needs nutrition for them. This was taken 10 days ago. She must have laid her eggs by now but the nest is well hidden under the cliff and completely out of sight from the cliff above.
This is nature and this is wildlife... The kill was gone in about 10 minutes or so.
During a hike in the mountains this morning here in Colorado, I captured this image of a group of trees in the snow. I was really interested in the various characteristics of the trees. Some were fallen. Some were bare. Some were taller than others.
