Took a day trip on Sunday to Yosemite for snowshoeing. Didn't leave til 8 am, and were pretty dead on Monday after coming home at 10 pm. Not sure if we are cut out for day trips anymore ...
But, I did finally manage to reach tunnel view with some amazing light - I've only been there around 10 am in harsh sunlight otherwise. What do you guys think of the tunnel view picture? Maybe f8 with tripod and focus stacking could've helped with sharpness, but I really like it otherwise, thinking of a small matted print.
A beautiful Minnesota day. I saw an horned owl in a secluded area of the lake when walking the dog. I didn't have my gear at that time. Today, I went back to try to find it but found this Red Tailed Hawk instead.
