So sorry about Sam's passing, Roberta. I lost my Mickey, a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel about 4 years ago, he was not even 9 years old. I still think of him everyday.

was an experience to be able to photograph these very young long-eared owls .. they were six owls kids

This trio of Foulston designed buildings date from the 1820's when the town Devonport was first named and were at the heart of the 'civic precinct'. They have have survived the absorption of Devonport into Plymouth, WW2 bombing, decades of neglect and various generations of redevelopment of the surrounding area.
Looking at Farmers Fields including my shadow with the foreground in shade and rear of the image in Magic Hour warm light. Fields in the front have been harvested and cut and White Tail Deer can be seen in places in the full size image.
Tripod mounted A7r and Leica R 28mm f2.8 Elmarit V2 lens.
ISO 100, f11?, 1/50 second.

Along Game Preserve near the intersection with Ruheton Hill Road, Lowhill Township, PA.
Just bought a Canon 24-70 L II to try on my Sony cameras (for the 3rd time, ). I didn't realize I would lose the MF magnification when using this lens with the Sigma MC-11 adapter, that's a no no for me. I will put it back on the buy/sale board. Anyway, here one shot with the Canon lens on my A7RIV this morning.

A little bit of flare on this one, I prefer this one over cleaner images I have of this scene due to the drama of the sunstar as the sun came up over the ridge.
