In Vietnam I took this amazing tour of this cave that goes back for over 30km. The first part of the cave has a walkway and is lit up with coloured lights. That is where these photos were taken. The tour took us back further into the cave where there were no lights except for our headlamps. Had to swim through an underground river...little scary in the dark. Formations and wildlife in that total darkness was surreal. The tour was 3.5km into the cave to an opening that let sunlight stream through. Great place for a lunch...then backtracked to where we came from. Highly recommend touring one of the many caves in Vietnam.
The last had a custom made Astronomik CLS filter for light pollution. Both were taken with a A7Riv.
Wow, very impressive and enjoyable images , especially that of the Andromeda, Linwood! Is the lens you used the Sony GM 400mm f/2.8 or an adapted lens? Not that it matters but I am just curious. And how long was the exposure and what was the aperture, please. Thank you for sharing, Linwood!
My humble attempt at photographing some birds, what I did find interesting is there were three pairs of bids nesting in the one dead tree, something symbolic there I think

Hiked up to Sky Top Tower at Mohonk Mountain House in upstate New York. Foliage is near peak. That is the Catskill Mountain range in the background, Mohonk Lake and the Mohonk Mountain House.
