Geez Ronny you're killing me with the Zeiss shots again! I'm going to ask Fred for a "politely filter <lens> photos from <person>" option!

Love the way it renders those flowers (great post work too of course).

It even makes bees' asses look good

These are excellent!

Quite the different atmosphere from the usual Fireworks shots.

A few shots with each of my lenses...same basic processing. The OM200 sometimes requires a contrast add. I think it's a single coated lens. The Pentacon needs fairly aggressive violet or blue chromatic aberration removal in Lightroom when bright whites appear (concrete in sunlight, skin with direct sun). All are sharp when focus is right and shutter speed is high enough. The FE's are obvious standouts, but the other lenses cost an average of ~$50 each. The OM24 f2.8 is great for closeups and snapshots of my youngest.

I was inspired by Bob Israel a few pages back. I really liked his fireworks shots with the crowd. Lucky for me, we have two large fireworks displays (one on Friday and one on Saturday); so I could try out a new method on Saturday. The Friday shots were the typical fireworks in a black sky shot...not nearly as interesting.
