From another little road-trip last weekend. We had planned to go home via Trollstigen and Geiranger (two of the most popular areas in Norway) and was disappointed to learn that the road is still winter closed. Hard to understand since it looked like late spring/early summer and we had to take a long detour, but when came across the other end of the road it became clear why it is still closed (see the first shot).
Pretty harsh light most of the time.
The falcon family didn't show much of flying actions yesterday for almost 3 hours and if, they were far, far away and more chasing each other. When I got to the location, this chick was having breakfast. BTW, although similar in tone as the meal, the background is flowering ground cover .
Again a trip to České středohoří (Czech Republic)
From Vlastislav village to Plešivec hill, to Oltářík ruins and back. Visibility was excellent this time.
