I saved this one from my July trip to Glacier National Park and took my time processing it for a large print that will be auctioned off next week at a Holiday Party for the benefit of some charities. This is St Mary Lake in late afternoon light. Wild Goose Island is the small island in the center and there are two boats ferrying people across the lake.

On my recent trip to Red Rocks park in Colorado, I shot some detailed shots using my FE 100-400 GM. I combined my favorites into this final image to convey the unique story of this awesome location.
Went back to the same place I went yesterday for sunset as there was the promise of good color. Unfortunately, the color was less and the wind much greater (likely driving the clouds away). Still kinda liked this one:
