I'm not seeing as many Osprey or Great Blue Herons but starting to see a few Bald Eagles. Here are some shots of Juvenile Bald Eagles. A9 and 100-400GM
Looking across Heart Lake (Lake owned by the Adirondack Mountain Club). Unfortunaley even at this size, you are unable to see the Pine needles on the front of the rock in the foreground.
Tripod mounted A7r and Minolta CLE MC 40mm f2 M-Rokkor lens.
ISO 100, approximately f11, 1/20 second.
Exposure corrected +0.36 Stops.

Thanks Rich. Sublime! One of your very best images IMHO.
Looks like you have a great copy of the Sony/Zeiss 24-70/4. I had one too (bought from Joshua Ong), but sold it to help pay for the 24-105G. I wish I still had that 24-70 as a go-anywhere knock-around lens -- never had to worry about being overprotective.
