I was there late April to early May and I am still going through my images. Each time, I am amazed at the beauty of Val d'Orcia. Granted, the weather back then made this region special, ranging from foggy morning to cloudy with sun rays shinning through, to brief cloud bursts, to spectacular sunrise/sunset, etc. But what is wonderful about this place is the vistas of gently undulating green fields dotted with cypress trees and "poderes" (farmhouses) although most of them are converted to "agriturismos", or some sort of lodging places.
Always wondered if the whole Bellagio fountain would fit in frame with the CV10...turns out the answer is...almost! Taken with the A7R3, CV10, and a table top tripod.
Very nice images. National Zoo? Haven't been there since I took my photos of the White Bengal Tiger in 1989.

Thank you Rich. Yes, it's the National Zoo, only a 45 minute drive for me on weekend mornings . They are rebuilding the bird sanctuary so no birds for now. It will be reopened in 2021.
