Werner, I'm wondering about that Querinox adapter! I have a Hawks helicoid adapter, which allows focus to 0.45m. Can you focus closer with your adapter?
Cheers.
Don't really know how close i can get, pretty close, but than DOF WO is razor sharp. HH a challenge.... better stop down a little with the Nocti.
is called an helicoid adaptor but as i understand that means a magnifying lens. The adaptor has no lens it just extends adjustable up to 6,3 mm.
I can not really recommend this adaptor, it sits very loose (lens and camera side) and the promised focusing to infinity does not work with the Noctilux, for this i have to change to the Novoflex.
Ronny, the first shot of the German shepherd pops out of the screen. It has definitely plenty of 3D effect . Did you do follow focus for that shot or pre-fcous and waited until it got into the focus plane? What is the aperture used on that?

OK, it is the same system as my Hawks v3 helicoid adapter, which I can recommend I also use it with the Noctilux, the DOF and the way the lens renders @ minimum focusing distance is amazing.
