Plymouth Civic Centre - the building was completed in 1962 but has long since fallen into disuse and poor repair. It's 'listed' so can't be demolished but is dependent on privately financed regeneration having been sold to a commercial developer in 2015.
Raw and overcast here in NYC, but I couldn't wait to try out my new (to me) Contax C/Y 18mm f/4 Distagon! I'm not generally an ultra-wide guy, but sometimes it is fun. Especially here in NYC.
Right now, everything in "DUMBO" Brooklyn is plastered with ads for the new DUMBO movie. "DUMBO" stands for "Down Under the Manhattan Bridge Overpass", and has NOTHING to do with DUMBO the elephant! haha
