The closest area on higher ground is the hill with the old fences, but if you walk in the opposite direction, towards the valley, you first get to this farm. The red buildings look nice, especially with snow, so I have taken photos there before, but I wanted to try it with Lensbaby Burnside 35 too:

Beautiful. This could easily be a scene from Vermont in the US. Same style of buildings, red colors and of course, the snow!! I'm heading up to Vermont for our annual family ski trip in a few weeks - can't wait!
