Some interior shots from Mission San Juan Capistrano in San Antonio. I was told that when foundation repairs were started years ago, the crew found a burial site with children and women. A Spanish conquistador was found on the grounds as well as several Native Americans and a cowboy in a coffin. The mission was founded in 1731. These images are part of a series for a client responsible for annual inspection and repairs of the San Antonio Missions.
I held out for a while, but with Black Friday specials, I decided to plop down my cash to buy the Nik suite of plugins. I forgot how much I really like Silver Efex for black and white conversion. IMHO, there is nothing better.

Joshua: Sorry for the belated reply and many thanks for the praise a few pages back.
Great pelican landing series on the previous page. The butterfly colony(?) is also a sight to behold. I remember you posting a similar shot a while ago. Nice to get another look at this impressive gathering.
Thank you for your kind words, Chris! Yes, the migratory butterflies are indeed something else. I am considering of going back there and that’s why I revisited files from the previous trip.
You made a great use of the Loxia 21mm for the fall colors of the scenery there - well done, Chris!

Here is another image from the trip that never ends to Costa Rica . I still have plenty of images that have not been edited yet...
Fred -- I love what you've been getting from the Sony 24/1.4G on the other thread! Really terrific rendering of Italy.
Samuli -- Always terrific forest studies -- never boring, never the same!
Jim (Grenache) -- Great close ups with an interesting collection of lenses.
Dale -- Attractive couple -- nicely represented. We need to see more of your stuff!
Joshua -- You have such a deep goldmine of great images!
Matthieu -- You're talking about it all the time as you post nice images from its competition (I like the first shot of the door a lot) -- just (re)buy the Loxia 35 already!
Alfredo -- Terrific church shots! You know I was thinking about your work today, photographing those historic buildings. I love your clean consistency in capturing all the angles.
Bob -- Morning sunrise or depth of night photos -- do you ever sleep at night?
Chris -- Colorful trees around that pretty lake.
Ronny -- Fresh duck for dinner? Fantastic captures of the eagles.
Helena -- Great frost shots! I love the warm glancing norther light, not oppressive bluish cold.
Genji -- Color? W-w-w-w-what? Looks good! I like what you've been doing for some time with that Sony 50/1.4.
Omar -- Great choice of complementary blue for your warm colored foods.
Vancouver47 -- Nice boogie board girl shot!

Here's another of my favorite local historic houses in early morning light, Simi Valley, CA.
Original a7R, Nikon 24-120/4G, Commlite Pro AF adapter (lens in manual focus mode), LR CC Classic
You all are posting some amazing work!
I don't have a lot that I've processed though I've been shooting a fair amount.
These are from the A7RII recently.
