Great photos from everyone...this has to be one of the most inspiring threads in FM history. I see we are approaching 1000 pages....does that cause the thread to implode?

Geoff, the actual number of pages, based on the number of 61K+ posts and 20 posts per page, should have been over 3,000. Fred archived a bunch of pages last year (or was that earlier in the year), resulting in whatever number of pages left here. One still can access the previous pages but it is cumbersome to do .

I noticed the mismatch between the number of posts and the number of pages not just in this thread but in other threads as well but I assumed it was a programming bug. Now you’ve explained it. Thanks!
Great contribution everyone! The last two shots were at the Arlington National Cemetery across from Washington DC. It reminds me of the price they paid. I visited the American Cemetery in Normandy, France some years ago and it was quite a sight.
1st: CV 40, 2nd: Loxia 21, 3rd and 4th: Sony 100-400 GM. The CV 40 and the Sony 100-400 have been my most used lenses lately.

Totally agree Joshua !!! Photography should be more images and less internet chatter and let the images talk.

I just noticed that if you go to page one then the 2nd post is Fred's post with the Archived pages...if you click on that there is an extra 2107 pages available on top of the 969 in the new version....that is a lot!!
