Great images, as always. What are you thoughts on the C/Y 85/1.4, particularly at f/1.4 & f/2? I've long thought about getting one, and prices seem reasonable for good examples, but it's sometimes hard to sift through the forums for meaningful posts. The other option is the FE 85/1.8, which is going for about the same price, is slightly slower and has AF. Choices, choices.
I'm testing the EOS R with the RF 24-105mm this week, so I went out to Hocking Hills this morning. Of course, since I'm reviewing the Canon, I shot almost everything with it, but I shot a few shots with the A7 III as well (really as a means of creating comparison images). I posted the Canon version of this shot on the Canon forum, but thought I'd share the Sony image as well.
As an aside, the EOS R is a pretty good camera...the things it does right, it does very right...and the things that it doesn't do well, it really doesn't do well. It's better competition for Sony that I first thought on reading about it. I still think that it falls short in several key areas, but it's overall a pretty solid camera.
