Nice eye and details. Make me want a long Contax again. Never tried the 180, but I’m a fan of the 200/3.5.

No time to shoot film these days, so I took out the A7ii and Contax C/Y 180mm f/2.8 for a little stroll today. Film is fun, but digital is definitely nice.

Thanks! I also have the 80-200 f/4, which is incredibly sharp, but the 180/2.8 has a more 3D look, and is 98% as sharp. My current favorite lens.
I concur on the 80-200mm. It is crazy that some of these Contax zooms are sharper than some primes and are super cheap!
Werner, Rene: Beautiful monochrome shots
Joshua: You make the 24-105 look really good in that windmill shot.
Jim: Beautiful landscape shot. At glance I thought it was Yosemite, but then I realized that the location was different.
Ronny: Complete stunner. Those pictures definitely deserve to be printed big and displayed in a public space.
Bob: I really like the color rendition in those shots on the previous page. Great job.

Helena -- Great shots! Looks like you finally got the interesting weather you'd been hoping for!
Thank you! Yes, finally!
Really like the photos you have been posting too. Almost looks like a rain forest. So lush and interesting and the Meal Dwellers group photo is just charming.
Activatedfx, great subjects, compositions and post processing.

Some landscapes around Trondheim with Lensbaby Burnside 35. Stopped down it almost looks like a normal lens, but since I also had my Contax lenses I chose to mostly use larger apertures with Burnside for a different look.

I have the opportunity to share some pictures on a big wall in a public place
how does such a combination of pictures of landscape feel like ?
Edit Is it just me who sees a upscaling on tex etc on the forum ?
I really love your pictures. Even though I'm not a big fan of the processing I always stay longer at your pics just to enjoy the details, colors and great framing.
For the exhibition, I would try not to be repetitive. Just take one waterfall or north light... Less is more sometimes. Your pictures easily connects over your style. Will they be shown on black or white walls? Would love to see them, can you tell us where the "public place" will be?
Edit: Same with the text size since a few days. Using firefox (windows).

The pictures will be on a wall in dark gray ( quite close to black )
The pictures will be printed on matte photo paper and in size A2
The location will be at an airport nearby where I live
Thank you for feedback
