First shots with ZE 25mm f2.0, bought from Danny Burk here on B&S. Very nice lens -- will probably hasten my need to get the Loxia 25!
I really like the color and contrast, and central area is super sharp -- I need to plot the field curvature to maximize the edges, but that is expected.
Had some time yesterday to try some combinations of close-up lenses with reasonably fast lenses for occasional flower shots on hiking trips. I am looking for combos that might have some spherical glow (which I find accepatable to a certain degree) and don't smear towards the corners (a common problem with close-up lenses) when used wide open.
This one is with A7 and SMC Pentax-85mm f2 (a very nice lens that I have neglected far too long) with Leitz Elpro 4 and Minolta Close-Up Lens No. 0 @ f2.

An often overlooked advantage of close-up lenses is that the effective f-stop is not as much affected as compared to extensions (or even a macro lens focussed close to ist MFD).
