Thanks! My image was taken approximately 9km from the trailhead so would be about a 2.5 hr hike. Though we camped nearby making access quite easy, but one must hike in with all camping gear. The first 45 minutes or so has a fairly punishing elevation gain, going from about 300m to 700m or so but after this it flattwna out considerably and becomes quite flat with some occasional ups and downs.
Thanks

Thanks Joshua, your photos are all amazing! Hiking to Lake Capri was a fairly easy hike from El Chalten village, ascending only 600M, the last 30 mins was almost flat. It took us almost 5 hours RT including time for photo stops.
Thank you both for your reply. I am not sure about this one though. While I am OK about hiking on a fairly flat stretch over a long distance but going up in elevation always gives me a lot to think about. My recent experience at Bromo reminds me of that... .
Playing with manual smooth reflections. Contax G 28mm. Musta been bored with the first one, decided to make a 5 shot pano, using multiple frames per "panel". Still needed more frames though...

You really nailed the colors on this, Joshua! You are a true artist.
DaveV, great macro prior page of the bleeding hearts.
It has been a while. Even though I got a lovely new camera months ago, shooting time has been rare. Finally got out for a bit last weekend...second Spring for Northern California. Leica R 100/2.8 AME + a7R3.
