Straight out of the camera JPEG. I don't have any editing software on my laptop. I don't think my laptop could handle it lol So strictly JPEGs for me right now
The Canon 50mm shot I wasn't actually focusing on anything at all just put it to closest focus so that the background would be entirely out of focus.

Nice. I can't notice a magenta cast.
I know.. I've been working on trying to get the profile right in the camera. Which is why I originally wanted this set up or the 12mm. I've heard the 12mm has a little bit of distortion but that can be fixed.
everytime i see the g45 makes me want to buy one. I like the look of it. I might opt for a 35mm instead though because 45 is too close to 50mm I have already.

Lightshow: always was curious about this lens; looks good. (most konica lenses are)
Yes, it's quite good, one of the better Konica's I have, the other is the 55/3.5 Macro I bought the same day.
Konica 55/3.5 Macro on my A7r handheld.
(Keep in mind that these pictures and those in my last post were more or less randomly picked for processing, about 2 minutes worth)

Thanks again.
I ordered the 55 f1.8 yesterday, I hope receiving it next week.
I'll read about the Sigma, but I had the 50mm f1.4 for A-mount and I wasn't impressed, maybe I had a bad copy.
Regards.
I hope you'll get a good copy of the 55 1.8 and like it. Be sure to post some pictures, once you have gotten hold of it.
Well, the new Sigma 50 1.4 Art is a new designed lens that is apparently superior to most other 50mm's on the market with the exception of the Otus and I'd guess, the Cron 50 AA. However, the Sigma is just a brick, not as heavy and large as the Otus, but still not your typical walk-around lens.
No problem. Admittedly, it really looks like a picture taken in Kyoto or Nara rather than Tochigi prefecture. The Toshogu Shrine in Nikko, Tochigi may be not as old as many temples in the ancient capitals, but it is still pretty impressive and certainly worth a visit.
Here are two from a recent visit to Kyoto. The first one with the 35 2.8 and the second one with the 55 1.8 stopped down to 5.6.
A7+Rolleinar AR 85/2.8 at f2.8 - a very good,Mamiya made lens with Rollei mount, sharp, contrasty, nice colour rendition, capable of producing some 3D effect.Small and solid with built in hood.

Thanks! Only thing you need to adapt your fine range of ZF's is an exact adapter.
