Jasmine during a recent session using GM 70-200mm at 200mm and f/2.8.
I am experiencing some brightness issue with my device. On my iMac, the first is just fine but when I viewed it using my iPad, it was definitely too dark. So, I am posting the exact same image of Jasmine but I adjusted the exposure on LR. Which one has the correct brightness level according to you, please? Thanks!
Joshua -- The first one looks pretty good to me, maybe is still a touch too bright, like +0.10 stop too light -- just slightly high key. The second is definitely over-exposed in highlights.

I might be getting accustomed to slightly darker compositions. Always a tough call! Sometimes I post, then rapidly re-edit and re-post certain images.

You just sold me on the 100-400. Sony needs to send you the commission. Beautiful picture!

Scott you are too kind to me, I'm just a snapshooter who gets lucky 1 in very 10,000 clicks.
But congratulations on your decision to add the FE100-400GM. It is a spectacular optic.
For a shot time I also owned the wonderful EOS 100-400ii; after shooting both side by side
the Canon was shortly thereafter marketed. Hard for me to believe the Sony could out do it but
it does so in spades.
The ability to take not only the 1.4TC but also the 2.0TC is remarkable---but F11 if F11 no way around
that.
You will enjoy
I forgot to mention LensCoat now has the lenscoat for this lens. I ordered today. I did not however see lenscoats
for the FE teleconverters but did write them asking about such.
Welcome back Ronny!!! Great start with your new Iceland posts
Went to a vintage clothing exhibition so I was able to test my new toy all hand-held and WO.
When you find a 11 YO child who plays piano it is a kind of magic... With first picture I tried to render my feeling at that moment.

On my screen #1 is just perfect... #2 is too bright in the face

Beautiful Manuel. Lovely bokeh, color, and framing. I can virtually hear the piano in your image.

Fall with A7 and the 50mm Russian Monocle/Monolens.
Helena - Very nice images. I am finding the Monocle/Monolens to be very challenging in that I don't have the same confidence in shooting. I am never quite sure what aperture setting will yield the effect I am seeking. Full of surprises! A7RII with 50mm Monocle/Monolens
A few taken at the St. Joseph Pier Lighthouses. The first three are taken on the 100-400 GM and the last on the Batis 18. No saturation was added, pretty much straight out camera, an absolutely incredible brilliant and clear sunset last night.
A7II w/ Contax G 45mm. Was shooting the kiddos in the field, but tend not to share too many shots of them. So I give you all Molly instead! I don't think I'm 100% sold on the accuracy of the TA-GA3. Need to play with it more this weekend.
