Morning fog in Norway - A7RII - First shot with FE 24-70mm F2.8 GM. Remainder with Canon EF100-400mm f/4.5-5.6L IS II USM and Metabones IV As best as I can tell, the puzzling shift in color balance is a result of the amount of rain falling and sky light, not the PP settings. I see why film makers learn to match colors.
Here are two Hummingbird shots with the Sony gear @ ISO 12,800 and ISO 25,600, as it was already getting pretty dark.

Thought I'd share a recent landscape photo I took in the SF Bay Area, off the 280 North Vista Point. This is my go to spot to test out various camera gear on my way home from work.
Slipped behind for a couple of hours, and -Wow!!- how many people post outstanding shots!
Joshua, John, Ronny, René (awesome jigsaw shots!), Gregg (I love your B&W), Bob, Brett, Chuck, Dale (your fog shots!), Karl-Heinz, Nadim, Kevindar, Stephen, Viramata, Philipp...
The very length of that list, and I am sure I have forgotten more than a couple of deserving 'togs is a tribute to all of you and Fred's awesome community!
My my, it's amazing how fast this thread moves on the weekends! Congrats to all. This has been my favorite place to view all kinds of photography and all kinds of talent!
Just messing around here with the FE 100-400 with 1.4 TC. Neither are anything special. In the first, I was just focusing up close on my wife. At first I was zoomed in so far I could see the pores on her face. Then I saw this image of the reflection in her glasses.
In the second, again nothing so special, but when I think of how far away this little bird was and the fact that I was able to obtain focus is amazing. The image is also cropped a bit to remove some negative space in the original.
