Thank you very much, Werner! And yours are amazing - I am a fan of your images. BTW, I knew you used to live in CA but I didn't know that you used to live in Orange County.

Thanks Manuel and Gregg. I appreciate your comments. Gregg, give me a PM and let me know if you would like to talk anytime.
The A9 and 70-200 GM are a great combination.
Butch, you wedding images in Ireland are gorgeous! You definitely know how to get that GM lens to sing.

Thanks Ronny It's not too tough getting great shots with great looking subjects. I wish I could figure out how you do it with the frogs!!!!!!
Also thanks Joshua for the kind comments. You might want to know that I also used the a6000 I purchased from you a while ago with the wedding in Ireland. I put it in my wife's hand on auto everything with the 24-240 to just grab what ever she could. Below is one of her shots....
Tromso, Norway. 400km above the Arctic Circle billed as the "Gateway to the Arctic." Nice city of about 75,000 people where you don't expect to find a city. A7RII with FE 24-70 GM
René, Chuck, Joshua, thanks for the kind words!
Samuli, fantastic set! Wow! And René (again!) And Werner (this is getting old)! And Joshua (what else is new?)! And Ronny (the Midas of photography)! And Butch (out of original words)! And Danny (this site is down for maintenance, will be back shortly)! And Mike (Error 404)! And Gregg....
Boy, am I glad Helena, and Bob and John and Fred and... didn't offer shots in this brief time span...
The second shot is especially for Dale.
Manuel, Paris isn't that far from Parma. If you care to come, you would not only be able to see my Otus in action, but you could try them out. I really enjoy a meet-greet-and-shoot. This is true for others as well...
Last week I had the opportunity to visit Montenegro with my best friends by car. Beautiful land, friendly people and a great diversity of nature. Especially the north is very green but there are also (not so steep) mountains you can easily climb. Because of the hot climate and few rain we saw lots of big bush fires on the coast near Podgorica. Towards the north they become less.
The following image was photgraphed near Žabljak. More precise at the Durmitor national park. You can get into the mountains really comfortable by car. Nearly zero tourists but great mountain view and warm temperatures to the golden hour.
Man this thread can move! Stupendous grabs from all. Corporate Sony should link up this thread to their website! They would def sell way more gear if they did!
Still working on many many grabs from Kauai and Maui. I apologize...
