My first outing with SONY FE 90 2.8 macro (bought from another FMer). What a wonderful lens. I love the rendering, so dream like. The only other lens that produces this type of effect is the 90 Bokina.

Great grabs everyone! Last two pages!
Chris88...thanks for the input! Sound advice. Except I think trying to play the "exempt a lens from the trip", I've decided I'll probably take my whole lineup!! I've realized that having kids and going to Hawaii doesn't compute to a yearly vacation. It's been three yrs since our last, whereas before kids we went every year, sometimes twice. Point is, I think I'd be doing a disservice to myself if I didn't take most of the lenses to at least shoot them there! I(we) traveled Italy 7yrs ago and I carried a 1D4&24-70&70-200ll& Adapted Nikon 14-24....so adding a lens or two for this trip is not really a big deal....I couldn't imagine NOT taking the 50ZA because of weight. I'd get home and be like,"wtf was I thinking...it's my fav lens"!!

Gregg, sure, if you can bring all or most of your lenses, that's even better . I would run into serious trouble, if I were to bring most of my lenses (including longer primes) with me .
Handheld with A7R2 & Batis 18. To be fair I was sitting on my butt with my elbows rested on my knees to keep it steady...not the smartest strategy in the world as I had to be really quick to get the camera above my head to avoid it getting hit with water.
Werner...those recent landscapes with the 70-400 are really superb. Stunning really...
Chris88....whilst I waffle between lenses, I really only have about 5-7. I don't have any big primes, so I'm good there. Biggest I have are the C/Y 100-300 and FE 50 ZA. Shouldn't be too bad...
Out at the beach again yesterday morn. Weather was less than stellar...hence the BW's.
