Derek...that G28 looks really awesome!
Joshua...nice SF grabs! You make the FE 35 2.8 shine reallly well...next time you're up this way, give me a shout! Thank you for the kind words about the 100-300. Yes, it's a little heavy, but not totally unmanageable. I thought about the FE 70-300, too...but the Contax won out!
Piere...your list of lenses really really impresses! I bet they have their own room in your house?!
Rene...and your list of lenses always keeps me guessing as well. When I see your grabs, I always have to check to see which lens was used! You're like Joshua, and Werner...you make every lens shine!!!
Werner...I must admit...your long lens grabs are SO impressive!

No, René. Ronny must be French. Only the French have such a fondness for snails and frogs! He also kicked the French in the footballs. Nobody beats the French doing that to themselves!

You can't blink on this thread. Fantastic Work All.
Playing with my new toy last night, a Nikkor 50mm f/1.2 Ai-S. Fun lens, it's like two optics in one. You can go dreamy at f/1.2 & f/1.4 or tack sharp at f/2. Even so, the SA isn't near as bad as I expected at f/1.2.

Wonderful shots--some are vision overcoming content to produce a beautiful photograph.
Beautiful shots, Joshua! You make every lens look good!

Thanks, Gregg! Your images using that Contax lens are gorgeous, buddy!
Here are two additional images using the tiny FE 35mm f/2.8 lens but this time around back to the West Coast. I couldn't capture the bridge with the sun from my position.... It was off limits and I didn't have any drone . Only after the sun had set I could get the outline of the bridge. So, the flower stalk or stalks would have to do. The 3rd image was taken after the sun was long gone...

Thanks, Gregg! I would have done that had I been by myself and I definitely do that next time. Did you use that lens directly via a Contax to E adapter or did you use a TechArt to get the AF? I remembered Manuel telling me that the focusing of that lens was a little bit a PITA and that the front element rotates if you turn the focus ring.
More excellent images using that lens!
