Thank you Joshua!
Yes, I've been lusting after the 100-300 for a little while. Then Ronny's grabs don't help... it'll pair well with my 35-70!!
Phillippe...those flower grabs above with the Otus are really superb!
I agree with Gregg - the first one is just gorgeous, Philippe!
I visited Graceland on my trip and saw an eclectic collection of Elvis' cars. Granted, he had a Ferrari, a Porsche, a few Mercedes, an MG, etc. but the classic American cars from the 50's and 60's that symbolized the rock-n-roll era that I find interesting. The colors? Well, pink comes with the territory .
Kierzkow...love the Contax grabs. Really spectacular.
Pepjin....nice. I like the old Canon 35 look.
Joshua...very nice!
Still on a Contax 100-300 kick(well, I did just get it!!). Most of these might be a touch oof, as I was trying to handhold @1/125th. I'm not as steady as I thought But practice makes perfect. Gotta say though, when you nail it with this lens...wow!

Thank you so much, Gregg. It's hard to go wrong with Contax lenses.
And now my dream is to get.....well..... a nice Contax 100-300.
A7s with Canon 50mm 1.8 STM via the Sigma MC-11.
Autofocus is dreadful, but I find the lens to be quite nice on the A7s. Only the most extreme corners show some softness and smearing of details. Otherwise, it is sharp to the edges and into 'most' of the corners. I am thinking about getting the FE 50 1.8 to compare.
Just a quick drive by, handheld shot from this morning.
Thanks! It's not a bad lens. I think the Canon FD 20/2.8 is probably a bit sharper in the center and into the corners but also a fair bit larger. I have both but haven't done any side by side comparison shots so that is just a subjective impression. Lately I have been taking the Nikkor mostly because of the size.

Are you back in California Manuel? Or is this from the trip earlier this year?
Hi Nadim! No, unfortunately I'm in my flat land in Italy
I have several images to process again from my US trip so also in the next week I will be virtually there.

Thanks, Gregg! Your images using that Contax lens are gorgeous, buddy!
Here are two additional images using the tiny FE 35mm f/2.8 lens but this time around back to the West Coast. I couldn't capture the bridge with the sun from my position.... It was off limits and I didn't have any drone . Only after the sun had set I could get the outline of the bridge. So, the flower stalk or stalks would have to do. The 3rd image was taken after the sun was long gone...
A remote beach on Cap Corse Corsica. What looks like rocks on the waters edge is actually an accumulation of dead sea grass (Posidonia) that washes ashore. In areas where humans use the beaches the locals will clear the dead sea grass away, the cows tend not to bother!
Joshua...when you were you in SF? Nice grabs!
Werner...very nice!
Peter...also very nice. I love the Loxia 50. Such a fantastic lens!
Manuel...excellent BW's.
Derek...nice! How does the G28 handle with the modded stack and filter? Looks pretty dam good to me!
