Loving the A7RII. This one was taken either with the Minolta 35-70mm 3.4 or the Olympus version, but most likely the latter. (I had both lenses & was using them interchangeably & didn't keep track.) In Sunol, CA.
Sean...LOVE the bokeh of that 85 1.2....really nice!
Jenny...fantastic grabs!
Ole...I know how you feel with using family for testing of new lenses! Very nice grabs of your wife! And in that fashion, knowing full well my wife will KILL ME, I'm following your footsteps and posting one of mine

Cheers Gregg, so far seems ok functionally, like af and what not all good. Just need to test to make sure none of the elements got out of whack
I was away for several in in Finish Lapland and the internet connection wasn't that good there. I am waiting for my connecting flight in Helsinki right now and I just went through like 8-9 pages of very impressive images. Wow! Kudos to everyone!
Here is an image captured during the first night of.... the forest at night, yes, it was dark but I could see some light patches in the sky, which was very interesting but it was too cloudy for the northern lights to be visible. The 3rd night was way better and I did see some auroras. Not as impressive as the ones I saw in Iceland in 2015 but it wasn't that bad nonetheless.

Egg Rock Lighthouse which is outside of Acadia NP, is about 2 miles from Mount Desert Island and sits at the mouth of Frenchman Bay.

Very nice Joshua! Looking forward to see more from Lapland.
Some B&Ws from the old Copper mine town Røros last weekend.
All A7II and CV Ultron 35/1.7 VM, except the last which is from A7 and Lensbaby Sweet 50.
Excellent images, Helena and thank you.
Living here in Southern California, I always admire winterscape images that you and others that live in Scandinavia or Canada or other colder regions. To me they are really uniquely beautiful.Your images speak that loud and clear. As far as the trip to Lapland concerned, it was my wife's idea. From time to time, I have to give in. It was more a tourist destination but she did get her picture of watching the Northern Lghts from inside a glass igloo. So, she is happy. If it was up to me, I would rather go to Lofoten but...
Here is another image from Kakslauttanen at night...
