Looks to me like you grabbed on very well!
Cheers, shame the same cant be said about the grip on my 70-200, dropped it on to the thames shore at low ide after a lens change. didn't quite have it locked in place and it dropped a couple of feet onto the reversed hood.
Everything working ok but I need to check the optical performance to make sure nothing got out of whack optically
Tried out some motion blur with the 35-70. Still trying to get the trick of it right with an MF lens. And took out the 90mm macro for some squirrel hunting.
Great stuff, everyone! I particularly enjoy seeing the snow/ice ones. We have had less than 1" of snow the whole winter here. The famed Washington DC cherry flowers will bloom 2 weeks earlier than normal. I enjoyed the soft light of this morning's sunrise a lot. The second one was shot using the smooth reflection app, 32 shots.
Congrats to Helena, Blackbird, Bob, Werner, Douglas!!! Splendid. Congrats and commiserations to John. I know and share your pain. My new nickname is Tod. It stands for "The Otus Dropper". Except that all wasn't fine...
A couple of grabs from Paris at night with 85 GM.
