Digging the (1977) 50 cron, more than I thought I might.
Will be interesting to compare it to it's inbound younger sibling - a 1968 50 cron. The earlier version is allegedly noticeably sharper.

As you know, I wasn't very enthusiastic about some of your earlier shots with this lens but these are great, particularly the first two. Good to see also that you have been up on the roof doing some repairs to the house in the third shot!
Thank you very much Peter! That's really nice to hear (read ). Yes, the lens is growing on me and I'm slowly learning what works or not, so I think it is a keeper. For example, judging from how the first one turned out it should be wonderful for flowers in the forest type of shots.
