Another shot taken with my newly acquired Leica Summicron 75 AA. Its such a wonderful little lens.
This is a panorama shot where I have also used the smooth reflection app (32 exposures for each shot) to increase the dynamic range. I have also used Fred's excellent method for ETTR with zebra pattern. I have never used the zebras before, and I must say that the method worked great!
Oh, the colours are saturated, but I haven't increased saturation in post. This is becoming typical for the sunsets and sunrises here in Oslo, as pollution is increasing in the winter, which will amplify colours. Good for photography, but the benefits stops there.
I've been following this post for a long time and it is one of my important daily rendez-vous. So much talent and inspiration from all around the world! Thank you all for sharing and allowing me to learn so much and discover so many interesting places.
Congrats Marc, on your terrific architectural shots.
Fred -- OMG! So fantastic with the reflection. Great rusty color on El Capitan!
OleAndre, xpfloyd, and sebboh, Helena and Tim -- very nice!
This is just my intro to the Nikon 300/4.5 IF ED AIS. I'm adjusting to the narrow AOV, capturing small vignettes. It has great color on both the Sony and the D800e. Sharpness is decent at f/8, and so far it looks like f/11 will be most useful to get adequate DOF. Might be decent for some portraits.
I really enjoy the a7R2 for hand held shooting like this with the IBIS and especially the magnified VF focusing for MF lenses. Huge difference when shooting back-to-back with the traditional Nikon DSLR.

I would go the colour on this one.... Maybe a bit more contrast on the b&w version might sway me. Your making good use of that new Loxia
Thank you for your feedback. I am falling in love with my Loxia 85 for sure.
This image has tons of texture and I color graded it to give it that cinematic look. The garbage truck was reversing so I didn't nail focus 100%. I love the sun stars from the reverse lights. The driver was really good. It was a very tight alley way.
