Sometimes I use my camera as point and shoot, leaving all in auto and without looking through the viewfinder. With 36MP I can crop the image to my liking.
I was abroad on "self-assignment" for a few weeks and couldn't follow this thread on a regular bases. So, after coming back I did some catch-up and I must say that great images were posted in the last several pages.
While abroad, I had the opportunity to capture images of Bali, a wonderful, paradise-like island in Indonesia. They were taken in a remote village and not easily accessible places where typical tourists do not visit. For various reasons, I had to use my DSLR system more on this trip hence the limited variety of images (e.g. sunset captures of Balinese dancers, rituals at a waterfall, etc. had to be excluded on this post).

A7 focus much faster than your XE1 but not as good as a DSLR. I put it half way between the XE1 and Olympus EM1. A7 tracking focus is useless. That's just the way it is. In low light it does slow down but usually it will lock on. Focus assist helps. The system is in it's infancy as well so lenses are few, for now. Fuji jpegs are better.
On the plus side the 35mm and 55mm are absolutely stellar lenses. The files are delicious and there's no occasional Xtrans weirdness. Personally i prefer the Sony kit lens to the Fuji one and the 24-70 is lovely. Sony has a better TTL flash system.

Very nice photos, esp the last one. The lenses you used for those shots are the same setup as I've decided on, except I use the 24/2 instead of the 24-70/2.8. ZA24, FE55 and ZA135.

Hi Brian,
I appreciate your kind comment. I considered getting another ZA lens but I decided to wait for the FE 70-200 f/4. If it is a proven performer than I will go for that native lens. If not then another ZA lens may be added to my lineup.
