Thanks! This location was supposed to be the highlight of the trip, we knew it wasn't going to be a good clear day but when we actually arrived on site, the Vestrahorn mountain was totally fogged out, whereas the Stokksnes beach was clear (very weird). So had to resort to shooting sand dunes and was glad to get a few out.
An exciting day for me but boring pictures. My Sony 24-70/2.8 GM arrived today but I got home light was fading and the temperature dropping to zero F. Nonetheless, here's a few snaps just to make sure it produces images!
I swore I wouldn't buy this lens because of it's size (having bought and sold the FE35/1.4) but I decided to give it a try thanks in part to the images posted here. Now to test the lens and it's weight/size to see if it stays . . .

Bob -- Very impressive first shots! I've got the original f/4 model, and it just doesn't seem quite as sharp on the a7RII as it did on the a7R. I've been thinking that down the line I might have to bite the bullet and get this GM zoom. What I've seen from others, and now you, is some really great potential for overall IQ.

Looks great Bob. Then again your skills make any lens look amazing.
Waiting for the bus. Captured with the Laowa 12mm.
I had to extend my a7RII and Laowa lens over the side about a foot on my tripod. I wrapped my camera strap around the tripod and around my hand just in case. Was I nervous? You bet!

Great shot. You need a drone.
I am thinking about the DJI Mavic Pro.
