Nice, don't see much with this lens or other version. I really use the Kiron version a lot on the A7R, love this lens!
Yes, it's my first macro lens and is fun for telephoto work as well. Given the Lester Dine version was marketed as a dental camera, it's amusing to read the markings on the barrel that indicate the magnification for various oral findings like plaque, etc.
I call this one "Guardians of the Fallen". I found this huge Cypress tree that was mostly submerged except for the base. The upright trees in the back looked as if they were watching over their fallen friend. That's what I wanted to convey with my edit of this image.
Captured with the Tokina 90 and Smooth Reflections app.
Still going through my Mexico pictures. I took my A7 and my new A6500 and a handful of lenses. I took my my Rokinon 24mm f1.4 for mainly night shy photography. One night in Sayulita I put it on the A6500 and headed into town. Here is one of the pictures I took. Wide open I think.

This place was a civilization that is so old that no one knows just how old it was. No one from the regular world ever goes there. When I asked if I could, they told me 'no'.

Mark -- I've been meaning to directly compliment your work beyond just ticking the "like" box. Very nice -- deft technical execution, and many subjects close to your heart. The quality shows!
