Here is the continuation from Pfeiffer Beach. Based on my position, and I couldn't move more to the right to see the sunburst earlier nor to the left to follow the sunburst, which lasted maybe approximately a minute or two. As I mentioned it before, a lot of folks bunched up at the "good" location to get the peeking and setting sun through the opening. But, in addition to a few regular captures, I was able to do a single SRA. Here are two regularly captured images, shortly before and during the sunburst. That day, after a rain storm passed through, the sun was quite intense, fortunately....Show more →

Early morning with the Laowa 12/2.8. All images shot on tripod at f/8.
Great work with that new 12mm Laowa -- I'm looking forward to more of your architectural shots using it. It's a top contender for my use. I like that it is much faster than the CV 12 for focusing in dim light situations.
Thanks! Speed is exactly why I wanted to try this lens. I. Ant wait to get inside a church or cathedral!

Playing with light during the Christmas time All with a7RII + Summarit-M 75/2.4 + CV VM-E close focus adapter. Using this voigtlander M-mount helicoid with 75/2.4 is really amazing. 75/2.4 has shorter MFD 2.3' (0.7 m) than it´s predecessor 75/2.5 and with VM-E you can get even closer.

These are very beautiful. I especially like the power, mystery, and majesty in the last one. It looks like an illustration for the Book of Genesis.

Excellent images, Manuel! The more images you posted from that trip, the more I regretted not joining you guys .
Here is another image of the beach at the Pacific Ocean. This was captured near Morro Bay at Montana d'oro. I didn't expect the leading edge of the wave to reach this far to the right.... Oh, well .
