A few photos from the roof of the Oslo Opera from yesterday evening (testing out my newest lenses). First two are taken with Zeiss Distagon 35/1.4 ZM, and the last with Zeiss Tele-Tessar 85/4. All photos taken at f/8 and with Sony A7.
Poland is not considered a wine country but the wine making tradition dates back to the twelfth century, when Cistercian monks founded their first vineyards in the south and south-west.Now we have three wine regions, which continue to develop and produce better and better wines.
I have recently visited the capital of one of them.Zielona Gora (Zelena Hora/ Grunberg) on the south-west.Homely, warm and friendly town.

Walking through the old town with small restaurants serving local wine, bakeries, pastry shops, ice cream parlors, boutiques and little art galleries, one gets the impression that people live here more slowly and enjoy life.

Picked up a Contax G 90 this week from another FM'er. Was able to get out some where other than home and take a few pics to test it out and more importantly practicing manual focus. Not quick with it yet, but starting to get the hang of it.
Went out this morning with temperatures in the 50's now and the Kiron locked up the blades. Made for shooting sunrise not fun. Read up that you can set to. F16 and flip the lever and palm it... Well that didn't work outside. I did sit in my vehicle after with the heater on and the lens on the vent... Long time passed but I freed the blades up. Works for now but I want to get this fixed. Anyone out there do this.
