Couple more lens testing tonight. Both of these are crops as the darn lights on the right side of the image were not lit and had they been lit, it would have given more balance and interest to the right side of the scene. Oh well, got a new lens today and wanted to try it out. First is Loxia 21 (cropped), second is Leica 28 Summilux (smaller crop). Both were cropped only from the right side. Correcting the leaning buildings made cut off the left side of the Leica image, but the issue was a girder that blocked the view any more to the left....I was pleased to see how well the Leica does for landscape on my unmodified A7r2.....
Finally the bidding is over and the cabin is ours! Yay, but what a roller coaster of a week.
Nice weather on Sunday, so we went on a little day trip. The first two photos are from an abandoned mine. The rest are from the old Copper mine town Røros, which is on the UNESCO World Heritage list. First mining activities started in 1645.
