Bob, great set and well processed. Photos from that lens are instantly identifiable! The field curvature in the 3rd and 4th images is wild, it's almost like a reverse tilt-shift effect with the building tops in focus, but defocused in the middle of the frame.
I was in Halifax this week for work, and took a trip to Peggy's cove with the Sole purpose of trying out my new 10 stop filter. Salt spray from the 30km/h winds was a PITA, and I should have packed my bigger tripod. Always learning......
Shot from the boat on Lake Lugano, the construction boom is on a high here around the lake.

This picture,(and the given title),reminds me of Peter Seeger's song "Little boxes" ..on the hill side...
This church was erected as a part of a Jesuit's college in the second half of the XVII century,converted later on into the university.It miraculously survived the 1945 demolition,where 85% of the city's buildings were totally destroyed.
The church has still all the XVII woodwork and paintings ,now being carefully renovated.
