Here are some images that I took late this afternoon looking across and around Jordan Creek, Trexler Nature Preserve, Schnecksville, PA. Images taken with my A7r and my Leica R 50mm f2 Summicron lens (lens set to around f11 for DOF) and processed in LR5.3.
webmstrk9: That first image is absolutely incredible. I love the look and feel. One of the best 'landscapes' I have seen on FM, right up there with the 'man' himself! The sharpness and clarity of those trees on the left bank, combined with their reflection in the water are inspiring. Nice work.

Editing photos from the 55/1.8 makes me feel a bit sad that I got 2 bad copies in a row or a bad A7 body. All my issues aside this lens is able to produce a special look. One I haven't seen in any of the many lenses that I've owned. Who knows I'll give the combo (a third copy and new A7) another chanche in the future.
Hey everyone. I quickly grabbed this long exposure with the snow-cat barreling down on me . This was the first clear night after three to four feet fell on Mammoth Mountain. Shot with the native 35/2.8 T FE. Hope you enjoy.
