Photo taken October 1, 2015 at 12:00 PM at the bottom of the "Ski Slope" on the Property of the Adirondack Mountain Club at Heart Lake (Lake owned by the Adirondack Mountain Club), Lake Placid, NY. Image taken with my tripod mounted Sony A7r camera and my Minolta CLE MC 40mm f2 M-Rokkor lens and with Singh-Ray Lighter Brighter Color Combo Polarizer (Warm Polarizer with Color Intensifier). ISO 200, lens set to approximately f8 for 1/60 second. Exposure corrected by +0.24 Stops and processed in LR6.
this "fish guy" had some sort of different lighting on his product and i couldn't get the white balance to my liking (with mixed lighting, either the fish looked good and the rest of the scene not so much, which is how i left it, or the fish looked off) - but i particularly liked the way both guy's expressions remind me of the people i met in Sicily (open, warm and friendly):

Butch: I don't usually comment that much in this thread (except to post photos), but I wanted to in this case to mention that what stands out about those shots to me-- is that the photography stays in the background (except the first shot of the second post). In my opinion, that's a great thing. A lot of wedding photographers seem to think their work is the subject rather than the couple or the event. But here I see natural colors, realistic looking light, and I don't feel the glass between me and the scene (despite that obviously being an illusion). Good stuff! ...Show more →

Thank you for your kind comments. I have always liked capturing the shots between the shots when people are more relaxed. It also helps to have a pretty bride who just naturally looks good!!! Thanks again, Butch
Vilnius, Lithuania with Sony A7II + techart adapter + Ultron 35/1.7
Very versatile focal length in the city. I haven't removed this lens from camera whole days.

How are you liking the Techart adapter with the CV Ultron? I was thinking of getting the adapter with that lens in mind.
