Just stunning...I never realized how pagan the Catholic was, this was a real eye opener. I have seen these in person but they are so overwhelming that you really don't see the individual frames.

Luckily, at my age, I don't need that much sleep, especially on a photography oriented trip like this one. I can always catchup on my sleep at home .
Away from Mono Lake for awhile and let's go to Bodie, a ghost town at the border of California/Nevada. It is basically an open air museum of a former mining town, lasting for about 60 or so years going back to 1860's or so.
Church in Husavik Iceland at 0100.
Didn't take long for the local police to home in on the stranger
making his way around town in the wee hours of the morning taking
pictures. Kinda of a good feeling that they were attentive and even followed
me back to the hotel.
