Just sifting through 500 images from the last holiday. Impossible to catch up with 2 weeks of this thread.
Here's one with A7 and Contax G 90mm Sonnar, probably at f5.6. Two-image HDR (handheld).
Taken near Asco, Corsica:
As a part of the lens evaluation process for a wildlife trip to Costa Rica in 6 weeks - the lens used is Canon 400mm DO Mark II with a 1.4X TC via Metabones IV. The continuous AF is pretty responsive and it didn't have any issues following the target.
The chimps at the LA zoo put up a great show that day. There are several young chimps in the clan and they know how to make people laugh.
Trip is over. Begin the flights home tomorrow. The reasons for going to Iceland were landscapes. For Svalbard it was one certain animal. For the first three days I was thwarted-either trips were cancelled due to weather or just not within our reach that particular day. Definitely not my best pic but one of the costliest, craziest with the boat rides to get to the colonies, and most worrisome in that I wouldn't get one. I've imaged a lot of animals but Odobenus rosmarus has been tops for a long time=maybe a spirit animal Ha! But today the weather turned incredible, the Arctic Ocean was like a mirror and our big Zodiac could cruise along at 39mph. The whole trip just today took 11 hours but man was it so worth it. Imaged 11 miles west of Ny-Alesund, the most northernmost settlement in the world and Roald Amundsen's launching point for his assault on the North Pole-
Helena, wonderful set!
Joshua, beautiful shots !!!
Ronnie, your macros are amazing...

What do you guys think of Smooth Reflection app?
Have downloaded it but not tested yet
The Smooth Reflection is not named correctly, but should be called Multiple Image Merge or something like that. It is like having a new camera that has incredible signal to noise ratio RAW files. Great for low light too. The down side is that your image must be static. It is best to use in Custom mode and adjust the number shots.

Waterfalls?
Ocean/river smoothing?
You are right Yes water movement is smoothed like having a ND filter. The only problem is, if there is a breeze any branch movements will be blurred. In essence it is time lapse multiple shots.
I am still trying to get my head around how the RAW files behave as they are very different.
